Somone (Monie) Wilder became a licensed Realtor in 2017 and quickly discovered that helping people find their dream homes was something she wanted to do for the rest of her life. Her passion immediately fueled her success. Impressively, by 2020 she was selling over 100 homes per year and became a strategic expert, guiding clients through the complex process of buying or selling a home.
Monie started her own real estate team and has been able to serve more people at a higher level, all while staying true to her core values of building relationships and making a meaningful difference through real estate education and advocacy.
In real estate, every transaction is an opportunity to solve complex problems, negotiate favorable terms and help clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Whether it's guiding first-time homebuyers through the process or managing the sale of a distressed property, I thrive on turning difficult situations into successful outcomes. This drive for excellence and passion for helping others is what fuels my dedication to real estate.
Over the years, Monie has been recognized for her success at various agencies where she hung her license. She is a Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors’ Top 40 Under 40 Realtor and one of Maricopa County’s highest-producing Realtors. She has positioned herself as an industry expert who fights for her clients and the good of the industry as a whole.
Monie holds a bachelor’s in communication and pre-legal studies and a Master of Public Administration and is one of six nationally awarded the Marvin Andrew’s Fellowship at ASU’s School of Public Policy. She currently serves as regional vice president of the Jason Mitchell Group.
Monie also uses her success to help others achieve it through empowering high-energy mentoring workshops and events designed to help other agents increase their businesses’ productivity and change their lives.
Change can be hard, but it can also be transformative. In letting go of the past, I was able to fully embrace the future, leading to so much more than I ever could have imagined.”
